Aria Labs is based in Ontario, Canada, and was founded to build a North American source for engineered diamond components aimed at solving the toughest thermal challenges.

 

Aria Labs grows single-crystal diamond, and takes that material through the full path to a finished part ready for device integration.

 

Diamond's thermal conductivity is not in dispute — at roughly 2000 W/m·K it outperforms every other practical submount material by a wide margin. We work with laser diode, quantum cascade, RF power, and co-packaged optics companies on thermal problems where the temperature has become the limiting element.
